Christmas 2015 at PRINT.

We welcome you to PRINT. restaurant on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day this season. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served both on the 24th and the 25th, featuring our exciting seasonal a la carte menu. Executive Chef Charles Rodriguez and Pastry Chef Emily Wallendjack will also prepare additional featured dishes for the holiday, which will include the following:


  • Hudson Valley Foie Gras Terrine, Hazelnut Fig Brioche, Persimmon Chutney


  • Roasted Royalton Farm Suckling Pig, Roasted Japanese Sweet Potatoes, Grilled Chicory, Chimichurri Sauce


  • Warm Gingerbread, Apple Confit, Caraway Ice Cream
  • Dark Chocolate Semifreddo, Peppermint Brittle, Pistachio

Breakfast: 7am-10:45am

Lunch: 12pm-2:30pm

Dinner: 5:30pm-10:30pm

Christmas Day

Breakfast: 7am-10:30am

Lunch: 12pm-3pm

Dinner: 3pm-9:30pm
