Christmas at PRINT and The Press Lounge

Come celebrate with us! Join us on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for a delightful holiday meal. PRINT is proud to offer our seasonal a la carte menu at all services on both days, along with featured menu items to make the day extra-special. Featured dishes created by Executive Chef Charles Rodriguez and Pastry Chef Amy Hess, and sourced by Forager Meghan Boledovich will include the following:

  • Roasted suckling pig with sweet potatoes, grilled persimmons, braising greens, and preserved lemon parsley sauce
  • Seared scallops with sautéed apples, roasted Brussels sprouts, chervil, and beurre blanc
  • Crepe cake with roasted chestnut cream, Maker’s Mark, persimmons, and dark chocolate sorbet

Dinner: 4pm-10:45pm

Christmas Day, Monday, December 25th

Breakfast: 7am-10:45am

Lunch: 12pm-3pm

Dinner: 3pm-10pm

The Press Lounge

The Press Lounge will be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from 3:30pm to 12am. Guests of all ages are welcome until 8pm; after 8pm the lounge will be open to guests aged 21 and over only. Join us at The Press Lounge from 4pm to 6pm to hear the vocal stylings of Men Singing Carols, back for the third year!
