We will be serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner both days, featuring our delicious seasonal a la carte menu. Executive Chef Charles Rodriguez and Pastry Chef Emily Wallendjack will also present additional special creations for the holiday. These will include:
Appetizers
- Peekytoe crab salad, meyer lemon aioli, avocado, baby greens
- Scallop crudo, yuzu, horseradish, sea salt, virgin olive oil, chervil
- Wellfleet oyster chowder, celery root, littleneck clams, salmon roe
Entrees
- Roasted Vermont suckling pig, grilled persimmons, parsley potatoes, broccoli di cicco, au jus
- Seared grass-fed fillet mignon, black truffles, roasted carrots, potato gratin, brussels sprouts, red wine sauce
Dessert
- Dark and stormy sticky toffee pudding
