Easter at PRINT.

Celebrate Easter and the arrival of spring at PRINT. on April 5th. We will feature our delicious seasonal a la carte menu, as well as spring-focused specialties from Executive Chef Charles Rodriguez and Pastry Chef Emily Wallendjack, with ingredients brought by Forager Meghan Boledovich. Savor the delicate tastes of the season in the following dishes:

  • Roasted beets salad, toasted walnuts, warm goat cheese, mache, citrus vinaigrette

  • Mixed grilled spring lamb, roasted fingerling potatoes with sage and garlic, grilled escarole, chimichurri sauce

  • Seared halibut, favas, asparagus, peas, ramps, basil pesto

  • Carrot cake, macadamia nut brittle ice cream
