We are excited to announce that PRINT’s Executive Chef Gary King is being featured this month on the Fossil Farms website. We have worked with them as purveyors of local and humanely-raised proteins since opening our doors. We are thrilled to collaborate with them and share a recipe highlighting one of their products: local heritage breed pork.
