Recently, PRINT. Restaurant had the pleasure of being interviewed by Amy Zavatto and photographed by Scott Gordon Bleicher from Edible Manhattan for a piece entitled “Heaven in Hell’s Kitchen.” Owner Adam Block went into detail about his thoughts on creating PRINT., his choice of location, and his inspirations for farm-to-table cuisine. Forager Meghan Boledovich spoke about her research on our ingredient sources, and some of our seasonal cocktails. The piece was accompanied by a gorgeous photo spread of some of our local ingredients, scenes in our kitchen, and our intrepid leaders at PRINT.
