Menu Bursting with Tomatoes for the Forager’s Supper Club | September 30th

This event has been changed, but don’t worry, you can still order our tomato-centric dishes at dinner from September 30th through October 6th. 

We are pleased to reveal the menu for our inaugural Forager’s Supper Club dinner on September 30th. The theme of this special event supper is Au Revoir Tomato!

We will be roasting, sautéeing, pureeing, simmering, and pickling the last of the year’s heirloom tomatoes for a grand end-of-season send-off to that luscious fruit whose lingering presence in the fields signifies the end of summer and the arrival of the early days of fall.

Each tomato-centric dish created by Executive Chef Charles Rodriguez and Pastry Chef Emily Wallendjack will be paired with selections from the Red Hook Winery.
