Mother’s Day 2016

Mother’s Day is May 8th; celebrate the important women in your life with a memorable brunch or dinner at PRINT. Brunch will be offered from 9:30am to 3pm, and dinner will begin at 5pm and end at 10pm. Our delectable seasonal a la carte menu will be available at both services, along with special dishes for the day. Chef Charles Rodriguez and Pastry Chef Amy Hess will present the following features:

  • Smoked Salmon, Radish, Apples, Purple Shiso, Salmon Caviar (brunch only)
  • Lamb Meatballs, Tomato, Basil, Fresh Ricotta
  • Grilled Shrimp Cobb Salad, Egg, Prosciutto, Asparagus, Spring Onions, Blue Cheese, Red Wine Vinaigrette (brunch only)
  • Asparagus Frittata, Ramps, Cheddar, Wild Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Grilled Bread (brunch only)
  • Grilled Red Snapper, Smashed Fingerling Potatoes, Sautéed Greens, Salsa Verde
  • Buttermilk Biscuits and Jam (brunch only)
  • Chocolate Babka (brunch only)
