Mother’s Day is nearly here! Join us on May 14th at PRINT and The Press Lounge to treat the special women in your life. PRINT will be open for both brunch and dinner services, offering our seasonal a la carte menus. Chef Charles Rodriguez and Pastry Chef Amy Hess will also prepare additional selections for the day, featuring the fresh flavors of the spring season.
Featured dishes for Mother’s Day
- Asparagus and gruyère quiche (brunch only)
- Cinnamon rolls and almond danishes made in-house (brunch only)
- Smoked salmon, pickled ramps, fennel, frisée, orange, salmon roe, brioche toast (brunch only)
- Poached eggs, sautéed asparagus, ramps, crispy polenta, parmesan
- Lobster salad, avocado salsa, fried tortillas, cherry tomato vinaigrette
- Arctic char, buerre blanc, fingerlings, leeks, truffles
- Hand-cut fettuccine, lamb bolognese, basil, pecorino
- Strawberry and rhubarb crostata, vanilla ice cream (dinner only)
- Frozen Greek yogurt, grapefruit, rosewater meringue, mint (dinner only)
