On September 30th, PRINT. Restaurant’s very own Meghan Boledovich will host the first Forager’s Supper Club. These special event suppers will highlight and feature specific seasonal ingredients in a four-course tasting menu. Our first dinner will be Au Revoir Tomato! In addition to the creative tomato-centric menu by Executive Chef Charles Rodriguez and Pastry Chef Emily Wallendjack, there will be a wine pairing from Red Hook Winery. The total cost per guest is $95, which must be paid in full in advance.
The Forager’s Supper Club will continue each month with new and tantalizing ingredients for you to enjoy. Meghan and the purveyors will be available at the dinner to discuss the menu, ingredients, and their farming methods.
