Valentine’s Day 2017

Join us this February 14th for a memorable Valentine’s Day at PRINT. Choose from our seasonal a la carte menu or a special chef’s tasting menu. The 4-course tasting menu will be offered for $95 per person, featuring thoughtfully created dishes by Executive Chef Charles Rodriguez and Pastry Chef Amy Hess.

Valentine’s Day Tasting

Course 1

  • Oysters, caviar, Champagne mignonette

Course 2

  • Lobster ravioli, pea greens, truffle butter

Course 3

  • Seared scallops, black trumpet mushrooms, red wine reduction
  • Filet mignon, shallot confit, crispy potato-scallion cake, green peppercorn sauce

Dessert

  • Paris-Brest – paté a choux, lemon cream, toasted meringue, fresh fruit
  • Truffle flight of 6 handmade truffles

After dinner, take in the gorgeous views and delicious seasonal cocktails at The Press Lounge. Press will be open to guests 21 and over beginning at 5pm.
