Join us on Saturday, February 14th for a Valentine’s Day to remember. PRINT. will be serving dinner from 5:15pm to 11pm. Enjoy our seasonal a la carte menu, featuring our delicious farm-to-table offerings. Also available will be our tasting menu created by Executive Chef Charles Rodriguez and Pastry Chef Emily Wallendjack. The menu will feature four courses at a cost of $85 per person.

- Hamachi crudo, uni, Osetra caviar, blood orange, horseradish, apple, meyer lemon, arbequina olive oil
- Salvatore Bklyn ricotta ravioli, candy cane beets, fried shallots, balsamic
- Grilled filet mignon, black truffle potato gratin, grilled radicchio, pinot noir sauce
- Passionfruit baked Alaska
